Location is great, and close to popular attractions. the hotel staff are friendly and welcoming. the room was clean and comfortable, with great facilities and great value for money.

The bathroom could use some improvements, with limited space and lack of proper ventilation. the breakfast was quite basic and could benefit from some more variety.

Major Bugs Problem. Cockroaches everywhere - shower, bedroom, refrigerator, into our suitcases... Way to expensive for that experience.

The location is really good. Just a five minute walk from the beach and 10 minute walk to the main (shopping) street.

The service was really bad! As you aspect from Thai people they are very friendly. The staf at Hakuna Matate were absolutely not that friendly or helpfull at all! Besides the property was dirty, you couldn't look through the water of the swimmingpool. The rooms were okay and clean. Recommend for backpackers with no high expectations.

Close to the beach with great views and surrounded by beautiful gardens which really made the place feel like we were in an Oasis. The hotel staff were very helpful and the rooms had all the basic essentials we needed. The prices were reasonable and the breakfast had 3 options to choose from.

The location was great, with easy access to the airport and some of the best beaches in the area, which had great restaurants nearby. the rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. the staff was friendly and helpful, and they served a delicious breakfast. I appreciated the facilities, such as the pool, which was clean and well-maintained, and the outdoor seating area, which provided a nice view of the surrounding area.
